I am late diagnosed ASD, the information and tools in this book have been very valuable to me understanding my life and who I am. Dr Le’s experience and knowledge of autism is spot on. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn about autism, for themselves or others.
I would highly recommend this book for any person whom may be struggling with day to day life. You may just find out that, after all this time, you are not lesser than your peers. You are not broken. You are not a lost cause. You very likely could be Neurodivergent! Aside from sounding cool, you may (with the help of this book) be able to understand why you (or someone you know) can struggle with some tasks and excel with others.
Dr. Le’s easy-to-read book offers terrific insight and ideas that are helpful both to individuals on the spectrum as well as family and friends trying to better understand and support them.
